We get to work quickly once you place an order. Most orders are prepared and ready for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). As soon as you check out, keep an eye on your inbox for an order confirmation email.

Free Shipping & Delivery Times

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on every single order within the United States. No hidden fees at checkout—just great furniture delivered to you.

  • Shipping Cost: Free ($0)
  • Transit Time: 3–6 business days
  • Total Wait Time: You can typically expect your delivery within 4–8 business days (this includes both processing and transit time).

Please note: While we do our best to meet these windows, delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. It usually takes about 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure they stay protected during transit.

Important Reminders

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We want to ensure your furniture arrives at the right place! If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
  • Large Items: Since we sell furniture, some larger pieces require special handling or curbside delivery. If your order needs specific delivery arrangements, our team will reach out to guide you through the process.
  • Damages or Loss: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at help@dexvio.us with photos of the damage. If your package seems lost in transit, contact us right away and we will work with the carrier to track it down.
