The Return Window

If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth refund process, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Completeness: All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

Please note: Items showing signs of wear, assembly, or damage not caused by us are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • No Cost to You: Dexvio LLC covers the return shipping costs for all approved returns.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status within 2–3 business days.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: You can expect to see the full purchase price in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges, Damages, and Errors

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
